Progressive Grocer is thrilled to announce a new, must-attend event for grocery industry leaders and their teams: Grocery Impact, with a focus on new leadership strategies for an industry undergoing tremendous transformation.
The Grocery Impact Conference will bring together The Disruptors, The Innovators, The Pacesetters and The Leaders in grocery -- present and future – for three days of education, collaboration, networking and celebration. Every session, special event and activity will encourage education, collaboration, networking and celebration.
Day 1 sessions will focus on innovation and how to feed, nurture and grow the next generation of leaders in the grocery industry. This year we’ve invited top leaders from Kroger, Hy-Vee and Albertsons to discuss their secrets to transformation, their operating models, and how they are navigating the ups and downs of a hyper-competitive market. This day also includes the GenNext awards program.
Day 2 we’ll discuss the hot topics of technology, retail media and automation and how some companies are redesigning their business models through purpose-driven initiatives that create value for customers and associates. Invited speakers include Lowes Foods, Procter & Gamble, and others. This day also includes the Top Women in Grocery Leadership Development program.
