During my 23 years with The GIANT Company, I’ve held various Retail Operations positions, including Manager of Customer Experience, Center Store and Fresh. During that time, I was overseeing retail stores in Central Pennsylvania. Recently, I transitioned to the support side of the business where I lead a Regional Asset Protection Team that supports 18 stores in the Greater Philadelphia Division. As an Asset Protection Manager, I’m focused on mitigating shrink, developing internal controls, executing safety programs and implementing strategies to reduce theft & fraud. Volunteerism, mentoring and people development are areas of the business that I’m most passionate about. My Team and I regularly partner with local food banks and other organizations within the Community, including Law Enforcement and First Responders. Philly sports are a huge part of our family. My husband Branden and I love to cheer on the Eagles, Phillies and Sixers. We also love to spoil our miniature dachshund, Baxter.
