Hello my name is Brittany Dell-Pryor Store Director at Harris Teeter Store #370 Fort Mill, SC. I have been a Store Director for Harris Teeter for 2 years and I was a Co-Manager for 3 years. I have been with Harris Teeter the past 5 years. I spent my 10 years prior managing at Weis Markets in Pennsylvania and Maryland. I am a true service professional from my customers to my associates. I have a passion for people and seeing them reach their goals. I lead a team of over 142 associates and try to get to know something about each one of them to help them live their passion for the future.
I have received several awards this year including Progressive Grocer- Top Women in Grocery and Shelby Report-Emerging Leaders.
Outside of work I enjoy going on days trips to the mountains and beach with my husband and 2 wonderful children. I enjoy laughing and just being silly! I also enjoy spending time in the community and attending my local church. When I get the chance, I enjoy baking with my family and love watching them enjoy the sweets.
