Jordan Aldrich is the Director of Team Member Engagement at Meijer, where she has served in various HR roles since 2015. In her current role, she oversees all programs to drive engagement across Recognition & Engagement, Organizational Development and Team Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives. Prior to that she led HR initiatives for Meijer’s corporate campus, including their transition to hybrid work post-pandemic. Jordan is passionate about mentoring and advocating for the advancement of women and young professionals. She serves on the West Michigan Regional Council and as the Programming & Events co-lead of Inforum, a Michigan based organization as well as on the HR Advisory Board for Grand Valley State University. She lives in Grand Rapids, MI with her husband David and two daughters.
