Southeastern Grocers’ Vice President of Transition Services, Jennifer Short, is an influential leader who provides valuable impact and insight on all processes for SEG’s total store footprint and Store Support Center. Short serves as a strategic liaison and advisor for all channels of the business, various supplier partners and key stakeholders, and is an essential leader of SEG’s Operating Board.

With more than 35 years at SEG, Jennifer started her career journey as a customer service clerk at Winn-Dixie. She has held various positions of increasing responsibility in retail operations, such as store manager and district director. Before her current role, she was Vice President of Workforce Strategies.
