Diego Mazzone is the President and CEO of JRTech Solutions, the driving force behind the adoption of Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) in Canada since 2007. Under his visionary leadership, JRTech Solutions has risen to become the largest ESL supply and integration company in the country, with over 1,400 installations across North America, working with renowned brands such as Canadian Tire, Lowes, Metro, 3M, Home Hardware, and London Drugs. Diego’s innovative approach has expanded the role of ESL technology, integrating it with other systems to deliver transformative improvements in shopper analytics and inventory management.

Diego holds a B.Sc. in Physical Therapy from McGill University, where he earned the esteemed Helen M. Gault Leadership Award and was selected as Valedictorian for the Faculty of Medicine. He later pursued an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, earning honorary recognition from Beta Gamma Sigma. Diego continues to utilize the principles of differential diagnostics he adopted from healthcare to continually find technological solutions to longstanding problems within retail, warehousing, and manufacturing.
