Fred Sousa is Vice President of Retail Sales for Denali, the leading full-service organic recycling company in the US. Denali’s recycling services divert organics from landfills by turning them into feed, fertilizer and fuel. Fred works with Denali’s sales team to develop customer relationships, secure new business and manage retail accounts, including supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment venues.

He has spent nearly two decades in business management and sales roles in the food and beverage industry but ignited his passion for sustainability while serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Plainville Farms. His career evolution to help drive the circular economy brings him joy and working with retail partners to help them reach their sustainability goals comes with great personal and professional satisfaction.

Fred earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wagner College, and Masters of Business Administration from Baker University.

He resides in Freehold, NJ, with his wife, Ji-Youn. They have four children.
