Eric Voyles is Dollar General’s senior director of corporate social responsibility and philanthropy.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in sustainability, facilities maintenance, environmental compliance, occupational safety and health, emergency operations and asset protection, Eric now exhibits DG’s mission of Serving Others through his senior director role over corporate social responsibility and environmental social and governance. Eric joined Dollar General in 2014 as director of environmental services and was later promoted to senior director of store facilities management. In 2022, he transitioned to the corporate social responsibility and philanthropy team. In his current role, Eric oversees DG’s operational partnership with Feeding America and The Arbor Day Foundation.

Prior to joining Dollar General, Eric served in roles of increasing responsibility at Walmart and Sam’s Club for more than 15 years, and as director of sustainability and compliance – innovations at Walmart prior to joining DG. Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in occupational safety and health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
