• Assigned Seating: Register by October 15, 2025, for guaranteed table assignments.
• Honoree Seating: Honorees will be seated near guests who chose their name during event registration.
• VIP Tables: Purchase a VIP table for premium placement (tickets sold separately).

Table Assignments:

• All Top Women in Grocery attendees who register by October 15, 2025, will receive assigned seating.
• Honorees will be seated near guests who selected their name during event registration.
  • No seating requests will be accommodated unless a VIP table is purchased.
• Table assignments will be provided the day prior to the Gala. They will not be available beforehand.

Late Registrations:

• Registrations after October 15, 2025, will have open table seating in a designated area of the ballroom. We cannot accommodate specific group or company seating requests for late registrants.

VIP Tables:

• Secure a VIP table for 10 guests for $2,000. This fee does not include event tickets but guarantees premier location seating and allows you to choose your tablemates.
• You must provide a list of the 10 guests by October 15, 2025.
  • If your list has less than 10 attendees, or is not submitted by deadline, Progressive Grocer reserves the right to fill your table with additional attendees.
• Additional tickets for filling your VIP table can be purchased for $499 each.
