Ann is the Group Vice President of Our Brands at The Kroger Co., where she oversees the strategic direction and performance of Kroger’s portfolio of our brand products. She is responsible for delivering trusted quality and compelling value across leading brands such as Kroger, Private Selection, Simple Truth, and Smart Way. Our goal is to provide Quality I Trust, Value I Love.

She was recognized in 2025 as one of Progressive Grocers Top Women in Grocery – Senior Level Executive.

Ann began her career with Kroger in the Central Division in 1993. Since then, she has served in several leadership positions in both Merchandising and Operations, including store manager, buyer, category manager, Deli/Bakery merchandiser, director of Deli/Bakery and director of Fresh Ready Meals. Ann was promoted to vice president of Merchandising at Fry’s in 2010, followed by vice president of Merchandising at Fred Meyer in 2013, then vice president of Customer 1st Promise in General Office in 2015. She was named president of the Louisville Division in2017 and a few years later was named president of the Cincinnati/Dayton Division in 2022. Ann recently joined the Our Brands group in 2025.
