Alberto Luis Dominguez (“Al”) is an experienced CPG & omni-channel retail leader. He currently leads the Global Walmart Inc. strategic relationship for The Coca-Cola Company.
Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, he led the Customer Development Team at Kimberly Clark, overseeing global sales strategy and execution for Walmart US, Sam’s Club and Walmart International.
On the retail side, Al worked for Walmart Stores Inc. and served as Senior Vice President of Snack, Beverage and Impulse Merchandising following a decade of senior merchandising roles with the company.
Prior to building a career in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry, Al worked in the public sector, holding several positions for the State of Florida. He served as a State Attorney, Director of Policy and Budget for the Office of the Governor, Director of Government and Media Affairs for the Florida Department of Corrections, and General Counsel of the Florida Department of Management Services.
Al’s leadership is set apart by his heart for causes that enable community uplift and wellness. He serves on non-profit boards focused on education, health care and making lives better – including the Thaden School, a pioneering institution founded in 2017 with the generous support of the Walton Family Foundation, as well as NextUp, an organization focused on advancing all women, growing business, and transforming workplaces through the power of community.
Al received his B.S. in Criminal Justice and his J.D. from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Fla.
Al resides in Northwest Arkansas with his wife and 3 children.
