Kathryn Jump is a Product Manager of Incentives and Loyalty at Inmar, where she partners with retailers to solve complex challenges and create products that truly resonate with shoppers. Passionate about connecting data, insights, and shopper behavior, Kathryn brings a hands-on, collaborative approach to building solutions that deliver measurable value for retailers and their customers.
In her role, Kathryn partners with Inmar’s developers, stakeholders, and retail and CPG partners to bring ideas to life and deliver meaningful solutions. Collaborating across diverse teams allows her to bridge perspectives and ensure that Inmar’s products meet the evolving needs of the marketplace.
Before moving into product management, Kathryn served as a Loyalty Program Manager at Inmar, where she worked directly with retailers to design, optimize, and measure loyalty programs that drive engagement and growth. She began her career at reach | influence, a marketing analytics company focused on shopper engagement and loyalty marketing programs. The company’s acquisition by Inmar brought her and her family from Detroit to North Carolina, where she continues to apply her deep expertise in loyalty and shopper marketing.
When she’s not working, Kathryn is likely playing board games with her sons, Isaac and Levi, or enjoying a good book.
