Last year's event sold out early. We encourage you to register and book your hotel as soon as possible (hotel rooms at the discounted rate are limited). In order to receive your award onsite at the Top Women in Grocery Gala, you must register for the event by Oct. 1, 2025. You are able to register to attend the event through Nov. 1, if space allows but may receive your award in the mail. 

Of course! Please check your email for the code to use to register guests for the Top Women in Grocery Gala. Guest tickets are $499 and each guest must be registered separately.

We know many of our attendees want to celebrate with their spouses, family members and friends; however, this event is appropriate for individuals age 21 or older. There are several reputable child care services available in the Orlando area. 

The Top Women in Grocery Gala takes place at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando on Friday, Nov. 7, during Grocery Impact. Activities begin with a Cocktail Reception at 6 p.m., with the Gala Dinner beginning at 7 p.m. and followed by our EPIC Hershey Dessert After Party.

Dress code is formal cocktail reception attire. While formal attire is not required, most attendees wear cocktail dresses, pantsuits and skirts, as well as gowns. The evening is all about celebrating you! Wear whatever you want to celebrate in during our amazing evening events! We will have photo ops on our "red carpet."

If you are attending the Top Women in Grocery Gala (We hope you can!), you will receive the award on stage during the gala dinner. If you are unable to attend the gala in person, we will mail you your award. Awards will be mailed out in November 2025. 

Yes! If you do not register by 10/1/25, your award will be mailed to the address provided when you accepted the award.

No, Progressive Grocer is pleased to provide each winner with a complimentary (and beautiful!) keepsake award.

If you are contacted by a third-party vendor to purchase an award, please immediately decline. External vendors are not affiliated with Top Women in Grocery and are not authorized to solicit honorees to purchase awards.

We love pets, however only licensed service animals are welcome inside the Grocery Impact event area.
