Schron Jackson joined Schnuck Markets, Inc. in 2018 and serves as the company’s Director of Community Engagement and Customer Care. In this role, she manages Schnucks' philanthropic and community engagement efforts, overseeing the customer service and e-commerce call centers. Her responsibilities also include developing, promoting, and executing Schnucks’ cause-related philanthropic efforts such as corporate giving, employee giving, and volunteering. She creates and executes comprehensive plans to engage internal and external stakeholders, manages over $15 million in yearly food donations to local communities through partner food pantries, leads the Schnucks United Way Campaign, and maintains partnerships with many of the region's leading nonprofit organizations including the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, Operation Food Search, United Way of Greater St. Louis, The Salvation Army, and American Red Cross.

Before joining Schnucks, Jackson spent 19 years as the public information manager at the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, where her responsibilities covered communications, including managing internal and external communications, media relations, and maintaining the department's social media presence. Earlier in her career, she was a coordinator for a consumer complaint division at St. Louis television station KTVI.

Jackson also serves on the board of directors for Christian Hospital Foundation and the Better Business Bureau of Greater Missouri and Southern Illinois. She holds a Master of Arts in Communications and Public Relations from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville. She enjoys being actively involved in her church, volunteering, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Her accolades include the Edward J. Schnuck Award for community service from Schnucks (2023) and two Anna 5 Spoon Awards from Schnucks. She received an Award of Merit from the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis (2021) and a Proclamation from the City of St. Louis, awarded by Mayor Lyda Krewson (2018). She also received two Chief’s Letters of Commendation from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.

Under Jackson’s leadership, Schnucks has received numerous company awards, including the Corporate Philanthropy Award (Large Business) from the St. Louis Business Journal (2020), and second place for the Corporate Philanthropy Award (Large Business) from the St. Louis Business Journal (2021-2025). Other recognitions include the Innovation Award from the St. Louis Business Journal (2025), Outstanding Independent Grocer from Progressive Grocer (2024, 2025), the Doing The Most Good Award from The Salvation Army (2022), the Community Uplift Award from FMI - The Food Industry Association (2022), and the Impact Award from Progressive Grocer (2022). Additionally, the United Way of Greater St. Louis recognized Schnucks as a Million Dollar Plus Donor from 2019-2024.
