Jenny Aguirre is Chief Human Resources Officer, Wholesale at UNFI, where she leads the people strategy that supports business performance, organizational effectiveness, and a strong, customer-focused culture. She partners with leaders across the organization to strengthen talent, develop future leaders, and guide organizational change.

Since joining UNFI in 2012, Jenny has held progressive HR leadership roles across field, commercial, and corporate functions, including Senior Vice President, Human Resources; Vice President, Human Resources for Corporate, Sales & Canada; Senior HR Director for Sales, Fresh & Region Support; and National HR Director for Sales. Her broad experience across the business has given her a deep understanding of how talent strategies enable growth, execution, and long-term success.

Beyond UNFI, Jenny serves on the Board of Directors for Loaves & Fishes MN, supporting efforts to advance food security and strengthen communities. She also serves on the Board of Directors for UNFI Assist, a nonprofit organization that provides charitable assistance to UNFI employees and their families during times of crisis and unforeseen hardship. Jenny studied Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
