With more than 30 years of grocery retail experience, Donna has held leadership roles at the store, division, and enterprise levels. Throughout her career, she has led large‑scale initiatives that modernize frontline operations, strengthen leadership capability, and bring strategy to life through strong cross‑functional partnerships. Her work has consistently driven improved associate engagement, performance, and retention.
