A graduate of Michigan State University, she currently serves as Senior Director of Grocery at Red Bull North America, where she leads a high-performing team focused on accelerating market share, retail excellence, and strategic partnerships across one of Red Bull’s largest regions.

With over fifteen years of experience in CPG, Dana has built a reputation for her data-driven strategy, collaborative leadership, and ability to translate insight into action. Her career spans roles at global powerhouse brands including Danone, Heineken, Beam Suntory, and Nestlé, where she developed deep expertise in commercial strategy, category leadership, and joint business planning.
