Tim has over 29 years of broad retail experience and currently serves as President of Lowes Foods, LLC. Tim previously served as Executive Vice-President, Merchandising for Supervalu. Tim also held the position of Senior Vice-President of Operations, Senior Vice-President of Merchandising as well as President of Shoppers Food. Prior to SuperValu Tim's broad career also included time in General Merchandise including positions with companies such as Wal-Mart and Meijer. He is a graduate of the University of Houston where he graduated with a B.S. in Pharmacy.
Tim and his wife Karla reside in Winston-Salem, NC. They have four children, three of which are married.

Before that he was appointed Vice President, Control and Financial Services in March 1993, and Vice President, Planning and Capital Management in December 1989. Mr. McMullen joined Kroger in 1978 as a part-time stock clerk.

Glennis Harris is senior vice president of customer experience at The GIANT Company, an omnichannel grocer known to customers as GIANT, MARTIN’S, GIANT Heirloom Market, GIANT Direct and MARTIN’S Direct that has been proudly serving families across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and New Jersey since 1923.
At The GIANT Company, Harris leads a best-in-class retail operations team of more than 35,000 team members who believe in bringing families together around the table to enjoy a meal and to celebrate what matters most. Harris, who joined the company in April 2021, oversees all stores and the company’s e-commerce fulfillment centers as well as asset protection and safety, customer relations, delivery operations and store support.
She began her career in retail in 1987 at Supervalu. Over the next decade, she held a variety of positions across multiple functions including operations, marketing, and merchandising.
In 2012, she joined Ross Stores Inc., which operates Ross Dress for Less (Ross), the largest off-price apparel and home fashion chain in the U.S. and dd’s DISCOUNTS, as district manager, and was named zone director in 2014. Most recently, she served as regional vice president for Ross in the Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., areas.
Harris holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Glennis currently serves on the board of directors for the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and Team Pennsylvania. In 2022, she was named a recipient of an Above & Beyond Award from City & State for her contributions to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Kamau is CEO of Shipt. Previously, he was SVP of Operations at Target in charge of leading
planning and analysis, M&A integration, and process improvement initiatives across Supply Chain,
Stores and Properties. He was also SVP Operational Performance and Readiness at UnitedHealthcare
and Chief Restaurant Excellence Officer for the KFC US division of Yum! Brands leading the overall
transformation of operations.
Prior to his time at Yum! Brands, Kamau held several roles at Target across store operations,
finance, real estate and property management, including Senior Director of Small Formats, New Stores
and Remodels; Director of Risk Management and Director of Property Management. He also served
in a variety of roles at Hines Interests, a privately-held global commercial real estate investment firm.
Earlier in his career, Kamau served 10 years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States
Navy. Achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander, Kamau led divisions in Operations and Logistics
on USS John C. Stennis (CVN-74), in Engineering on USS Ashland (LSD-48) as well as in leading a
Pentagon sponsored global data collection and analysis program. Kamau also served in a NATO Allied
Maritime Command Reserve unit in Northwood, UK.
Kamau is a graduate of Morehouse College (BA), where he was Battalion Commander of the
Atlanta University Center NROTC Unit and Old Dominion University (MBA). He serves on the
board of National Retail Properties (NYSE: NNN). Kamau is also a Member of the Executive
Leadership Council, Prosper Birmingham Board of Directors, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Sigma
Pi Phi Fraternity, and has served as a Mentor for Jack and Jill of America’s annual Rites of
Passage program.
